Description
Most branded pens are giveaways that run dry by the end of the conference. We wanted one worth keeping. The Texcovery Click Pen has an anodized aluminium barrel with a matte black finish, a knurled grip section that doesn’t get slippery after an hour of note-taking, and a firm steel clip that holds onto a notebook cover or a jacket pocket without bending out of shape.
It writes with a 0.7 mm black ballpoint refill that lays down a smooth, consistent line on everything from cheap reporter’s pads to our own dot-grid notebook. The refill is the widely available G2-style format, so when it eventually runs out you can replace it for a couple of dollars instead of throwing the pen away. The Texcovery wordmark is laser-engraved near the clip, small and understated.
The click mechanism is quiet enough for a press conference and rated by the manufacturer for tens of thousands of clicks. Ships in a recycled cardboard sleeve.
