Description
Every newsroom runs on something, and ours runs on coffee from mugs that have seen better days. So we made a better one. The Texcovery Ceramic Mug is made from stoneware, which is denser and more chip-resistant than ordinary earthenware, with a matte white exterior glaze and a glossy interior that is easy to clean and doesn’t hold on to coffee stains.
The Texcovery wordmark is printed in charcoal using ceramic decals that are fired into the glaze at high temperature. That means the logo is part of the mug’s surface rather than sitting on top of it, so it holds up to years of dishwasher cycles. The 350 ml capacity is a generous standard cup with space at the top so you can carry it back to your desk without spilling.
We chose a wide, flat base because a mug that sits next to a laptop all day should be hard to knock over. The handle fits three fingers comfortably.
Each mug is packed in a recycled corrugated box with a moulded pulp insert to protect it in transit. If it arrives damaged anyway, send us a photo and we’ll replace it.
